Wall Culture, LLC provides:

Complementary rental décor such as signage, flower arches, and/or props

Delivery, setup, and takedown services

Service availability may vary by date, location, and contractor availability.

3. Booking, Payments & Deposits
a. Booking
A booking is confirmed only after:

A signed quote or agreement

A deposit (if applicable)

Approval of event date and time
b. Deposits
Unless otherwise stated:

Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your event date.

Remaining balance is due no later than the date specified in your invoice.
c. Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice or website (e.g., credit card, electronic payment, etc.).
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Client Cancellation
If you cancel your event:

The deposit is non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the full balance may still be due because materials and labor are often already allocated.
Provider Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel due to:

Severe weather
-
Unsafe event conditions
-
Unexpected emergencies
If we cancel, you will receive a refund of any payments made, or we may offer to reschedule.

5. Event Setup Requirements
You agree to provide:

Safe, accessible setup space

Accurate delivery instructions

Permission for venue access

Power sources if needed (for lighting, etc.)

Weather-appropriate conditions for outdoor installations
If the install area is inaccessible or unsafe upon arrival, additional fees may apply, or the installation may be canceled without refund.

6. Backdrop Policies
a. Durability Disclaimer
Backdrops are sensitive to:

Heat

Cold
-
Sunlight
-
Sharp objects
-
Wind
We cannot guarantee the lifespan of a backdrop once installation is complete and approved by the customer.
b. Equipment & Rentals
Any rented items (walls, arches, frames, stands, props) must be:

Returned in original condition

Free of damage
Clients are responsible for replacement costs if equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen.

7. Photography & Marketing
Unless you request otherwise in writing, you grant Wall Culture, LLC permission to:

Photograph your setup

Use images or videos for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes
Personal details about your event are never shared.

8. Website Use
